It's unbelievable to think that it has been five years already. If you would have asked any of the ownership during our 1st year of business if we would be here now, the answer would probably have been no. The places name had been demoralized by previous ownerships and it really made it hard to get people in here. Most of the 1st year this place looked like a ghost town out of the Old West. Nothing but tumbleweeds were passing through the parking lot. But it was fitting to have The Molly Ringwalds play for our five year anniversary. 7 month's into our 1st year was the 1st time they played here and it honestly helped re-affirm to everyone here what the potential of this business could be. But the most important part to any business is it's customers and over these five year's we cannot thank enough all of the people who have patroned our business. Whether you have been here one time or you have been here 100 times it truly means the world to us. So from everyone at Southport, we thank everyone for their continued business and support. We promise too keep on rockin, ya'll just keep on knockin.
